One of the most valuable parts of the weekend is not watching someone else doing it. Its doing it yourself and getting live real time guidance and feedback with a real student!

Watching great teaching is valuable.

But the real growth happens when you step into the lesson yourself.

Private music teachers often work in a vacuum—alone in a small room, with no colleagues observing, no one checking our work, and very few opportunities to receive meaningful feedback.

This intensive changes that.

Each participant will have the opportunity to teach a real student while receiving supportive, in-the-moment coaching from Ciara McAllister.
