Payment will be made via automated billing in My Music Staff. $425 Deposit due to register. Credit card payments will incur a 3.1% Service Fee & ACH payments will incur a 0.9% Service Fee
Remaining balance to be automatically charged through My Music Staff on June 15th. Or for students who opt-in to BOTH sessions, 1/2 the remaining balance to be charged 5/15 & 1/2 to be charged 6/15. (or you have the option to pay in full or in monthly installments, select your preference on the registration form below)
1 Session ($850): $425 / $425
2 Sessions($1600): $425 / $587.50 / $587.50
+any weeks of Extended Care, 3-5pm ($250/student/week)
CANCELLATION POLICY
To request to cancel, please email us at info@mcallistermusicstudiosf.com at least 14 days prior to the start of the session. (Monday, June 22nd or Monday, June 29th at midnight).
Cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Remaining balance to be refunded.
No refunds for requests received after 14 day cut-off.
